Custom Chatter- Deepwater Horizon
Our original superball with a little weight loss program that compensates for the trailers bulk. Keeps a thinner profile without slacking in material 👌. These are based on our modified flat eye poison tail molds & they enable us to build our chatters with a single connection point. We paired this head with premium super sharp hardware and some new custom skirting to make one of our best colorways, Deepwater Horizon. Named after the oil platform that exploded off the coast of Louisiana in 2010. The slick created in the water from the explosion was seen from outer space. That analysis perfectly describes this jig, Seen from outer space & makes a BOLD statement to the fish 💦 Don’t pass this one, everyone needs it 💯
•Hand poured jig heads
•Premium powdercoated heads, shattered chrome over gloss black. Baked at 355° for 20 minutes for a diamond tough shell
•New custom competition series uv resistant silicone skirting materials 80-88 strands
•Hand tied with Danvilles 210 denier fly tying thread
•Epoxy coated threads
•Premium super sharp Mustad 60° flat eye jig hooks
•Premium owner hyperwire stainless split rings
•Premium owner stainless steel #3 Pro series snaps
•Dragons breath green pearl colorshift eyes, epoxy anchored & clear coated for durability
•Never before seen stainless steel turbo chatter blades we treated with a vulcanization process to give them some color & distort them a little for a more Erratic action
•Comes rigged with a 3.75” Kicker Tail in our custom recipe Deepwater Horizon. Built in house at EMT specifically for these jigs. They feature our USA purchased house blended plastisol in a semi-hard compound to increase durability without sacrifice of the action. Each Jig will come with (1) spare trailer & one already installed & anchored with a drop of super glue so it stays in place.
