DIY Swimbait Line-Thru Rigging Kit
A new development to help you make your swimbaits last exponentially longer! Using this kit in the correct configuration will allow for super long casts & when a fish hooks up with your bait, the swimbait will slide up your line while the super sharp VMC treble hook stays in the fishes mouth. This method also helps the hook stay pinned in the fishes mouth by not allowing the fish to leverage the heavy swimbait to pull the hook during jumps or headshakes. This is a no brainer and a much better way to rig your swimbait. Our swimbaits require some type of head mounted or belly mounted weight in order to swim properly so we include that with your kit as well. The bobber stop allows the weight to stay pinned to the hook so you’re not dealing with line tangling when you’re casting or waiting on the bait to sink. One full kit will be enough materials to rig approximately 5 swimbaits.
****This kit will work with all of our 4inch, 5inch, 6inch, & 7.25” swimbaits.
☆We have a separate option for when you’re ordering your swimbaits where you can choose for us to punch the bait & rig the inserts for you. This is a DIY kit. Bait pictured is for display purposes only.
You will need:
Scissors
Lighter (to clean up the punctures in the bait (optional)
1/8” Outside diameter screwdriver or something similar (to punch the bait before inserting line tube)
💥What’s included:
• 2pcs 45 degree cut strong plastic inserts for line to pass thru the bait body.
• 1pc 1/8oz weight- 1pc 3/8oz weight- 1pc 1/2oz weight
• 1 or 2pc hook configurations that you choose
• A full package of either rubber bobber stops or string tie bobber stops with beads. (Both styles work, what you recieve will depend on what we have in stock at the time)
• Plastic storage bag for keeping your kit together
